How you’ll be supported
We provide physicians with several supporting documents specifically tailored to each individual project. These include:
- Data entry instructions
- Documentation on the legality of our retrospective methodology
- Standardized invitation, follow-up, remuneration, and thank-you emails
- Project synopsis for quick insights
- Troubleshooting instructions, which may range from quick fixes to step-by-step guidance with screenshots
- Data cleaning processes performed by our monitors (internal documents such as guidelines, training presentations, and updated treatment guides are not shared with physicians)
